Headlights for driving on the right
Hi all, We're off to France in the new year and will be going in the RS6, how can I set the lights for euro-driving? I've checked in the MMI menu and there's no option there and looking on the OBDEleven I've not got the right software version to enable their tourist mode. Are there any little levers...

Re: TTE1000 Build and Left Overs
I'd be interested in the exhaust if it's still available?
(I'm thing of taking the wadding from the back boxes to get a bit more noise)

Re: Vagcom/VCDS or OBDeleven
Thanks, good info.
The memory function doesn't work on the drivers side (works fine on the passenger side). From what I've read the seat needs a reset.
(I've tried the all the way forwards, up, back, down thing - no joy)

Vagcom/VCDS or OBDeleven
Hi all,
What the view on Vagcom/VCDS versus OBDeleven?
I need to do a couple of reset functions, DTC memory of ECU Number 2 and reset of drivers seat memory.
Would welcome people's opinions.
Thanks!

Re: Gear knob upgrade
Answered my own question here. The shift knob and gaiter from a B8 RS4 fit perfectly, the aperture is exactly the same size. The only difference being the plastic trim that the leather gaiter is stapled to - the clips are in a different position. I carefully removed the staples and swapped them over...

Re: Gear knob upgrade
Just to revive this...
Will any RS shifter from the same era fit? (specifically the gaiter)

Re: F125 Switch or TCU - or something else?
Yes, I get that, it was a follow on from “ O1L goes NLA, 01V…”
I’d very much like to know what the differences (if any) are and it lists the RS6 as being a suitable fitment (given the usual skeptical view of eBay accuracy, obviously)

Re: F125 Switch or TCU - or something else?
Interesting the potential options here, this one lists the RS6 (03-04) as a fitting: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/01V919821-B-Fit-VW-Passat-Audi-A4-A6-A8-S4-Neutral-Safety-Multi-function-Switch-/373787636216?var=0&mkevt=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=710-53481-19255-0&campid=5338268676&toolid=10044&customid=CjwKCAiA...

Thanks guys!
I'll think I'll go via the modification of the gearbox mount as per the bottom of here: viewtopic.php?t=116756 (unless not recommended)

Re: F125 Switch or TCU - or something else?
Ah, okay, makes sense.
I'm in Cheltenham.
On the F125 switch, reading this forum the part number (seems to be) 01L 919 821 B, when I google it the results come up as 01V 919 821 B
Is that correct?
