Private Plate Help

Just bought the Mrs a private plate on ebay which is on a valid retention doc
Does the current owner need to complete some part of the V778 before its sent to me in the post ???
Then i guess its just a case of popping down to Manchester DVLA with tranfer fees and all our vehicle documents ??? :?

Help before i pay the dude :bigblink:
