Hi all. Hope the last few days haven't been too stressful, owning a 6 is stressfully enough so Christmas should be easy for you lot.

Sorry if iam recapping previous threads, but could do some advice on this one from those in the know. I have searched the forum and net for the rs6 mats shown in the photo below but information seem to be a bit out of date.

The girlfriend thought that she had bought me some of these for Christmas from the local Audi dealer and she was very shocked when I opened them Christmas morning and found they were just plain black the same as I've already got..... And for .......£130 lol

We're these matts Audi stocked once upon a time or have these always been aftermarket designs. I have seen the cheaper versions of the matts, but really would like the same as the image.

Any help welcome. Thanks

If you do a search on here for "mats" you should find them.

Originally I think they came from a German source and were made to order (about 6 years ago!) and then a couple of years back I think a different source was found and there was a group-buy.

Good luck (they are really good - but I got mine with the car!)

I bought some off of aka dk which he got from here http://www.mycarmats.co.uk/ there was a group by at the time.
Avus Avant, RNS-E mk2 with sds and Bluetooth, Milltek, Hotchkis, Bilstein, Forge, ITG, A.C.E, Wagner, FBMFSW, MTM.

Steve, are you sugesting this ebayer has sold these in the past, and if so, he gets them from time to time or special order???

I have a set of those mats and they were not a limited run iirc audi pulled the plug due to patenting issues........shame as I would like another set as they were a very good fit and nice quality :)

Main problem here is that most will be for LHD...

Our RHD cars in the UK have a different L/R mat shape. No problem for our european members!

Have a look at autostyle in Milton keynes, I had some custom mats made by them with emblems and piping, all 4 for £60 with excellent pile and finish.
