B7 RS4 vs RS5 Front Brake Disc Bells?

Can anybody please explain why after the B7 RS4 had front brakes discs where the bell and disc were bolted together that Audi on the RS5 went back to the type that were fitted to the B5 RS4 and C5 RS6 where the bell is connected to the disc by radial pins? Also the same way the B7 RS4 rear disc is constructed. Just curious.

add the same query to the R8, TT-RS and RS3. I asked at Neckarsulm on the R8 production facility tour why they had gone back to fixed rather than floating and couldn't get an answer there either.

Because the B7 bell is very easily distorted / warped ?
.... I mean "really easily" !!
