winter tyres for B7

can anyone help, what tyres wouls someone recomend for the winter? what size is best? can i fit 275/35/19 or just keep the standard size?255/35/19
i have bnrand new set of verds but they are for the summer really? its my first winter owning the rs4 so just need some info ? cheers and thatnks for reading.
