Four Rings Review

Post by DSB » Tue Oct 18, 2011 9:54 pm

Hi all,

Well after a few recommendations off here I decided to use Four Rings (Dartford) to do my first service on my S4.

It didnt start well ..... Dean called me to say he was running late, which in actual fact turned into very late (2 hours). On the phone he sounded genuinely sorry and apologised at every opportunity. After a few phone calls he said he would definatley have the car done by 13.00, which in fairness is when I explained at the very begining I needed it by.

To cut a long story short he had it all serviced and full inspection with report completed by 12.50. The inspection showed a few faults with the car that I suspected, most notably the need to change an AUX rad which was weeping.

Despite the bad start I would definately recommend Dean to everyone. He seemed a genuine guy and I completely trusted him with the car. I will be using them to do the other stuff required once he gets the quote back to me.

Do it ..... http://www.4rings.co.uk

EDIT : its a mobile service by the way which is sooooo handy !!

Good to hear - i have been using 4rings for about 4 years now - on my B6 S4 and now on my RS4 - Dean is a top guy and very helpful - plus get a better job done and cheaper than Audi. Plus he is happy to fit and use customer supllied parts.

Yes he simetimes runs late, but guess thats the downside of running a mobile service, some jobs can take longer than planned and traffic can have an effect, on the plus side i can go to work and leave the car on the drive with signed cheque given to the Wife to pay 4rings, no need to be in late for work or get taxis to from station etc.

I highly recommend.
