Where to get a service?

Post by rich_5259 » Sun Oct 02, 2011 12:20 pm

The first 2 owners of my car were obviously muppets as they had it on the long-life service plan :bash:

Have taken it off that and so need a 10,000/annual service in the Northampton/Coventry/Banbury triangle. Can anyone recommend a suitable V8 expert in this region?

I'd also appreciate being warned of places to avoid

There's the obvious MRC, or the less obvious Stealth Racing.

I was in the exact same position last month (although mine is a Black B7 Tiptronic...) - 3 longlife services by previous owners.

I went to APS in Brackley - really good guys. I supplied the oil and filter and they did the service and brake fluid change for about £125

MRC and APS are very well respected. A mate of mine and his dad use RSD in Daventry.

Thanks chaps, have booked it into MRC for the service and a dyno run :-)

Now I need to order the Fuchs oil from Opie's
