RNS-E Bluetooth Connection Problem

Hi

Can anyone help me with this problem. I have a S4 B7 with RNS-E and it has developed a fault with the bluetooth phone connection. The phone connects iniatially but then disconnects and reconnects at random intervals of every 1 or 2 mins. There also seems to be a problem with the info to the DIS as sometimes the radio station/temp info disappear then reappear on the DIS. The lights on the head unit also go bright and dim but this is a new symptom which only started yesterday.

I am using a 2008 OEM Sat Nav disc. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as it is impossible to make phone calls while driving with this problem.

Those symptoms all suggest a problem with the CAN bus connection to the RNS_E.
