Hi
I have recently purchase a 2005 B6 S4 Cabriolet and have been advised that I can purchase the 2011 dvd, stick it in the drive and it will update everything.. is this correct, will i loose any of the BOSE functionality? - does anyone know of a supplier of the DVDs? - I have hunted around to seee what threads there are for this, but nothing relevant to the 2011 update.
Any help would be great!

Yes, an updated nav DVD will install new firmware first before it works. BOSE setup has nothing to do with firmware from that side of things, so no issues - it won't change it.
E-mail euronavdiscs@yahoo.co.uk for an up to date DVD - got my 2011 one around Xmas and it works perfectly. UK based supplier who was very easy to deal with.
