TSB wanted

Hi all

I was wondering if someone could help me please? I've got an annoying wind noise at the b-pillar (just behind my right ear) and I've found on the net that the TSB 2017462/1 is meant to give the dealer a steer.

Does anyone have access to the TSBs or is able to point me in the direct of where I could download it? I'd like to have an idea of what they're going to do before I let them loose on it on Friday morning.
