Having just become an owner of a 2007 Black Avant, i have since become aware of the RS246 Forum. Thank you to all for the wealth of useful information. I am however looking for an answer to one question, when i plug my iphone into the connecting cable in the glovebox and try to access my music, the screen just lists all the tracks in numerical order without identifying either the name of the track or the album. Am i doing something wrong?
Thanks in anticipation of your help.
ps I traded in a Merc C32AMG, I had just put front discs and pads (OEM) on it, the parts cost £158 + VAT (you read that correctly).
iPhone connectivity
RE: iPhone connectivity
Hi Rory,
That's normal I believe. Use the SD slots behind the NAV screen, full track listings etc. are then shown I think.

The POS Audi iPod/iPhone interface treats the iPod/iPhone as a 6 CD changer and has no support for track or album names.
CD1..5 = 1st five playlists, CD6 = all music.
