Took my car in for a 60k service this morning.
As always the staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, plus I even got a halfway decent loan car '52 reg A6 2.4 tiptronic.
Had the service done gratis due to problems I had with another dealer (all sorted out with Audi UK a while back)
Also opted for the full Audi warranty this time (currently have a 3rd pary insurance type warranty)
