Clearly we never hear of the good service offered by Audi Customer Services - that's the nature of the beast.
But time and time again, we hear of mediocre and quite poor service for us RS owners. This is not satusfactory.

Really Audi should have a dedicated services desk, offering a premium service reflecting our commitment to their flagship products i.e kind of Platinum service instead of Green or Gold
We should not have to write to Jeremy Hicks to sort out everyday issues.
