RS6 For sale 500Bhp

Post by Stupidog » Fri Apr 02, 2010 4:08 pm

Hi,

It looks like the time has come to part with the car, I'm currently working away from home and so just not getting the use out of it.
I'll post pics when I return to the UK in a week 2 weeks for now I'm just putting it out there to gauge intrest for when I return to the UK.

It's a 2003 RS6 in silver, Black leather interior (I think it's Aygo Silver)
790000 on the clock

Unit 20 work
Stage 1 Custom code, 500BHP
Gearbox Map, the new one
H&R's plus new tops, to replace the DRC
Hotchkiss Anti Roll Bars
Two new intercoolers fitted at 70K
Plugs etc service at Unit 20 at 70K
Gearbox service at 70 K at Unit 20

Other Service info
Cambelt changed at 46K
Gearbox serviced at 35K and 70K

Volkscenter work
Small Service just done, (500 miles ago)

New battery and alternator, 300 miles ago

New tyres all round, Vreds in 275/30/19 (500 miles)

All in all a good example with all the problem areas fixed.

It also currently has a K9 Full size dog box, Cost £395. I may sell this with the car if the new owner requires it.

I'm looking for around £17500, obviously I'm open to sensible offers.

Someone posted on here quite a while ago (maybe 9 months) who had 280000 miles on the clock.

I think yuou probsbl;y need to check out the market and see how it compares against other similar spec models. Personally..... Nah i aint going there- you all know my feelings on the matter!

On the grand scale of things i would say its a bit heavy, but on the other hand, sooner or later we need to make a stand and get as much as we can- these cars are still desirable, so why give em away?

Yes :D To be fair this is the only car I've had that I can't imagine selling. I'm hoping to strike it rich and leave it in my permanent collection :)
