How to know if it's got sports suspension option?

The option code is "1BD Suspension/Shock Absorption For Special Sports Design"

Does anyone know what this means exactly? Is this the standard suspension on the S4 or is it the "super" sports suspension?

There was no special sports option for the B6/B7 S4. The S4 doesn't need a special sports suspension option it's track orientated enough as standard. Are you talking about the B8 S4?
Well, it's track orientated with the addition of the rs4 rear anti roll bar :)

Definitely talking about the B6. I was under the impression that there was a sports suspension option. Like for one for the C5 RS6. 10mm lower with the super sports option.

As far as I know there's only one suspension type for the S4, which is the 1BD. This is what I found elsewhere:
1BA Standard
1BB Heavy duty (20mm higher)
1BC Special purpose
1BD S4
1BE Sport
1BP Heavy duty (same height as 1BA but with limited bump)
1BT Heavy duty (7mm higher)

I wonder what cars have 1BE and what it corresponds to.

1BE is the sport suspension and I believe is used on the S-line models and is quite firm. I had this on my old B5 quattro sport and it was a firm ride but the S4 is even more solid in comparison.
