External Temperature Sensor - where and what code?

Anyone able to confirm exactly where the external temp sensor should be ?

Sensor is located behind the front centre grill, should be clipped to a pipe. Any more pics of the motor? Goodwood green is a rare enough Colour..

thanks still cant seem to locate it, anywhere more specific on grill?
oh and if your A then your ol S6 is mine I believe going by your ol posts

Yes, I think it is my old S6. Hows it going? Did you have to re-build the gearbox again? Did you ever get the hesitation sorted? As for the temp sensor. If you remove the front centre lower grill, there should be a cooler pipe running in front of the radiators, the temp sensor should be clipped to that, I think. just a small sensor with two wires.. Is it faulty?

Yes 1st thing I did was a complete overhaul of the gearbox by a Dublin specialist and there was a lot more wrong that was apparent at the time.
Anyhow all sorted - perfect know, it was in bad shape....you dont wanna know!
Mad to think the money you paid(wasted) that crew only for me to pay it again .....

As for the temp sensor , yes its up by about 4degrees
