Can any one give me some advice on removing the front bumper, is there any hidden fixings or bits which make the job difficult?
Any help much appreciated.

RE: front bumper removal help
If its anything like the RS4 (i'm sure it'll be similar), you'll need to remove the front side grilles to access the bolts which go through the bumper iron upwards
And then remove the Torx screws for the arch liner towards the front, and then there are 2 bolts on each side holding the bumper to the wing.
And a couple of screws holding the engine undertray to the bumper
