doors are kinda stiff

Guys not driven the car for a while but today the doors seemed to be very stiff, some grease would the job right?

where does it go?

some light lithium grease should do it: I prefer the spray type, wipe off the excess...
obvious places:
hinges
latch

then work it a few times

i put some liquid grease and the door is still stiff surely there is somthing wrong with the hinges?
