brake fluid recommendations

guys since i fitted the B7 brakes (all round) the brake pedal has always had a slightly longer feel - aside from fitting a bigger master cylinder, i'm sure i read somewhere about trying different brake fluid. anyone have any further thoughts on this?

I thought the only 'fix' for the 'softer pedal' issue was a new MC.
