Headlamp aim. Pre Facelift S4 Xenons

The LHS Headlamp points down very low.Can these be adjusted manually or is it done by the leveling motor?

If it is done by the motor, how can it be 'altered'?

I think you can do it with Vagcom

I think you can do it manually without the need for vag-com. I suppose you should get them set up on a beam setter, but I normally set them up myself because I like my lights to light up the road way ahead of the car (without dazzling oncoming traffic).
