Wiper Failure

Hi guys, im new to this forum, so a big Hello to you all.

I have a problem with my S plate Audi S4.

After the weekends snow ,came to start it this morning,was all fine, tried window wipers not realising that under all the weekends snow it was a bit frozen,and Yes you guessed it,they didn't want to work. My other half has looked at the fuse but says it's not that as the jet washers work fine and run off the same fuse.

Any ideas guys what it could be as i need the car to get to and from work,but cannot really use it if window wipers don't work. All other electrics are also working fine.

my wipers went reeeeeally slow when it was damn cold but as soon as it got above freezing they were fine again, have a search in the s4 and rs4 sections as theres been plenty said on this.
