I would like to know that what kind of service have you had from VAGparts? I am planning to make my first order.

I have been waiting a reply to my email few days, and i am wondering that how long does it normally take to get a reply? I might be a little impatient, but I'd like to get my Christmas presents fast!

I know the guys as I live about 2 miles from them. They are very busy. I would call them, they must get 1000's of mails every day. Calling them should get a direct answer and they know you are not dreaming. In fact you'll need to call them to have any chance of delivery before x-mas.

I'd rather email, because i can then get the message through without misunderstanding. It would take too much time for explaining all the part numbers, and my mother language is not english...

Good service, but can be a bit slow. I think (Rob may be able to agree or not) that they are/have moved units recently?

I initially contacted them via email and found the email service to be a bit lacking (slow), but the last few things I've bought recently I've called them and had a very prompt and professional serice.
