symphony to sat nav RNS-E DVD SYSTEM

hi all,
has anyone upped from the symphony bose system to the sat nav rnse dvd system? any info or advice would be helpful, im curious as to if i can use like the tom tom sd card sat nav in the sd card slot on the rns-e?

new to it all, lot to get head round!

RNS-e is the one used in all the audis from a few years back right? DVD sat nav and plays MP3 and wider screen.

i am planning this conversion.
have spoken to craig and I am going to be dropping a car to him at some point during the next few days.
Will let you know how it goes, but it is possible
