Where do you go if Audi CS are not playing ball?

Hi Guys,

I am having some issues with Audi at the moment and not getting the response I expect & deserve. I am speaking with a customer service manager who is trying to help, but seems a little slow on following things through and has become reluctant to progress my case.

Have any of you been in this situation - what has been your next step?

PM me any tips you may have.
