Just fitted a tonoga quick shift into my RS4 last weekend.
I have only had the car 2 weeks and the gearbox although smooth was a little long.
I guess you feel the same.
Got it from a guy on this forum called Karl, who i think owns the engineering company (tonoga) that makes them.
Ordered it Monday got it Tuesday.
Important to order the right one as well as there are 2 models.
Took me 1 hour 15 mins to fit. But i had all the right tools (which helps)
One thing though, i do not think i plastered enough grease on the parts as mine is very notchy.
But definately 10 times better.
If you get stuck fitting it PM me.

Had a Tanoga on mine since I picked it up .... much better than the OEM that was fitted to my previous S4 (I assume they would be about the same). Mine is a tad difficult to engage reverse but even the other half can manage - so it can't be that bad.
