£729 for four Mich PS2 fitted

Post by rs666 » Fri Jan 27, 2006 12:34 pm

Just been quoted £729 inc VAT and fitting for 4 x Mich PS2 RS6's

Too good to miss? Thinking of buying them now and fitting them after trackday on Feb 18th.

I recently paid £912 all inclusive, and that was the best price I came across after checking out half a dozen fitters and website. So £729 sounds like a bargain. Make sure they are the "Extra Load" variety with the strengthened sidewall which the car needs, though I don't know whether Michelin even make non-extra load in RS6 size.

Gary.

They list a specific RS6 tyre on there stock list, Manager of ATS showed it me on screen. He confirmed they were 'XL' rated.

Just a thought....they're not quoting for the standard 18" wheels?

If they're 19's then I'd order some before they change their mind!

Wish I'd known about this 2 weeks ago!

have you guys tried Bracknell Batteries and Tyres. I have found them well cheap for my 18's...might be worth a call - at least to get a comparitive cost. I was £440 for 4x 235/40/18 GY Eagle F1's fitted.

I know you guys have a monster tyre size but perhaps.....

They are the 19" prices.

Will try Bracknell B&T, but the Eagles are generally a lot cheaper than the PS2's 18"or 19"
