miss firing rs2's

Hello again everyone.

Got a problem with my rs2. It's an intermitante problem but some times when it gets up to it's usuall operating temp it miss fires badly between tickover and 2000rpm and then what seems like very small misses now and again through out the rest of the rev range.Taken it to an audi dealer who plugged it in to their computer but the car refused to miss fire. since then this problem has occured a couple more times. Any help or advice would be great. Cheers

Stu, it is more than likely a poor earth to your head, a duff igntion amplifier on the bulkhead or knackered coil packs. do a search on S2forum.com i recently had to change all of the coils on mine.
