Car insurance price guarantee

I see Barclays have a current offer where they will beat the cost of your cover and if not they will give you £50.
Only terms I can see are that you must have 2 years no claims and all drivers must be over 25.

Oh, just found the rest of the t&c's.
Car can't be modified.
