need help with cost for parts

I am from the philippines. And the part i need is the upper linkages front for my 2001 rs4. My problem over here they want $700 now was wondering if they go for that over in europe and if its much cheaper wahts the cost need the right and the left can any one give me a idea on the cost would greatly appreciate any info you give me
