RS4 with Gmbh Crossdrilled discs - will RS6 calipers fit?

Hi, looking to improve the braking on my car fitted with crossdrilled discs, will fitting RS6 calipers help and do they fit? Movit upgrade sounds good but too expensive unless any of these direct from factory kits are still available????
Any suggestions?
