You will enjoy those when they are fitted, n=was never quite sure why a short shift was never fitted as standard.

Unless you go drag racing I can't see the point of the short shift. Am I mssing something?

The stock shift is equivalent to around 50 press-ups for each gear change!!! The short shift is a _must_ for every owner.

Yes you are missing something: a feeling of being a part of the car while shifting gears...not stirring the gear lever in a pot of porridge. :)
