Upgrading front & rear speakers in the S3

Hi all - I have the non-bose system in my S3 and am gonna upgrade HU and all speakers cos I love my music.

Have just been outside trying to get the front door panels off, taken all the obvious screws out and its still pretty much stuck there. [img]images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

Have done a search everywhere (web + forums) and can't seem to find any details of how to do this (& rears) or what size speakers are in the F & R's.

Can anyone shed any light please, be interested in what you've put in inc sub/amp.
