Speed/light radar tracker under GPS, yes !!!!

Post by Taipan » Fri Jan 30, 2004 2:37 pm

For those using a Pocket PC with a GPS and TomTom Navigator2, here's a neat little applet (CheckPoint : http://checkpoint.oabsoftware.nl ) which adds the list of radars (speed and red lights) as POI (Point Of Interest).

This version is in French and offers all identified radars so far. But I'm sure the UK PPC owners would know how to find the equivalent, especially the list of radars to feed into Checkpoint.
(In any case, let me know if you want more info on the applet & links)

Here's a map of Western Paris in 2D.
Red lights icons are for red lights radars.
