Hi,
Looking for a B7 RS4.
20-30k miles if possible although not common these days. Been scanning the internet for a while and a few do pop up every now and then so worth a shot. Had a look on some other RS pages and not had much luck. Don’t plan on daily driving, more of a weekend car. Fully aware of common issues that some lower mileage examples can come with regarding the big jobs not being done but there hopefully is a few out there that have been well maintained and some of the common issues resolved.
Wingbacks
FBSW
Carbon trims
Sun roof (preferably)
Colour i don’t mind, few colours that I’d love but they are so rare it’s not worth mentioning haha.
Thanks.

Chap was testing the waters with this on here but looks to have sold it to a garage. They've stuck what looks like another ~£10k on top.
You after a Saloon or an Avant?

Lovely example that, top money for one without Wingbacks/FBSW etc but I’m sure some people would prefer that anyway. 26.5k miles also, one of the lowest examples I’ve seen of late.
Preferably Avant, they just tick the boxes for me more on a personal level and from what I’ve seen they tend to hold a slightly higher premium not that it’s a dealbreaker but i just think they look epic in the avant variant and that’s just an added bonus but then again a great example is worth whatever someone is willing to pay saloon or avant.
I’ve had a little read up on here and a few do seem to come up so I’ll just have to sit and hope like many haha.
Dream car would be the ibis white avant but finding one is ridiculously hard as expected with low production numbers and add the mileage factor I’m after in I think I’d be looking forever haha.

Re: Wanted B7 RS4
There actually was an Ibis White Avant for sale I want to say around 4-6 months ago. Was listed on Autotrader, 50k ish miles from memory. So they are about.
I would be amazed if you found an Ibis White on 20-30k miles though, so there would have to be some compromise. I do get the draw and temptation of a low mileage car, I really do, but with the age of the B7 approaching 20 years, 9 out of 10 times it just isn't worth it and they ALWAYS need more attention and work doing.
20k miles now means it's averaged a little over 1k a year, but more often than not they would have done a bit more than that and then had a gap of being parked up for 4-5 years and it's just never good for the car. Especially these heavy beasts that are super sensitive to oil changes and regular engine maintenance.
Here's another example that sold a few months back. A lot of corrosion and issues that required addressing, yet only 26k miles: https://www.shootingbrake.com/listing/d ... 2ca0381c7d
Fingers crossed you find one that has been meticulously looked after and in a rare colour, good luck.

Yeah I do agree with you in regards to the points above, deffo seems to be the common trend that corrosion and problems mechanically with the lower mileage examples that’s for sure.
Theres one for sale up currently in saloon variant, coil overs, carbon clean, wishbones and other suspensions works totalling to 5.5k on the description.
Looks like a lovely example, ibis white with some nice options. 34.5k seems a little steep but then again if it’s been very well maintained as the description states and a recent 5.5k bill done to keep it in good nick. Company that has it seems to have good reviews too. Would be interesting to see its full history.
Thanks for your input, it has certainly helped.
