Talk some sense into me!

For a good few years, normally around winter, I hanker for a C6 RS6 as a bit of a beater, take the kids to football, thrash about a bit, and not be too precious about.

I’ve had C6 S6, 3 x R8 V10 and an S8 V10, all without huge issues, however, these RS6’s terrify me.

There’s a few around in the lower teens, price wise, and probably a false economy, but, I feel like taking a punt on one with say 100k or so miles, with a reasonably good history, might be worth a gamble.

Let’s face it, they are ALL a gamble aren’t they?! Potentially huge bills regardless of miles or history.

There’s one on Autotrader that’s been on a long time, and it keeps tempting me in, but, I reckon if I want to get out of it at any point, I may be stuck with it or lose a big chunk of change.

Talk some sense into me please and tell me to avoid them at all costs…..please?!
