C6 Avant rear cigar lighter socket

I have a 2008 RS6 C6 Avant and as part of my schedule of 'things to address' before getting him back on the road I have been running through the car inspecting anything at all that could be improved, and as part of my investigations I discovered that the cigar lighter socket fitted to the rear offside trim panel in the boot load area has not only lost it's spring cover but is looking a bit the worse for wear. Despite searching ebay for many hoursI have been unable to find a replacement but presume it could be a standard VW/Audi item, probably fitted to other models too. Does anyone possibly know the part number / correct name for this socket? I've tried searching for all the naming combinations I can think of but have had no joy so far. If anyone could possibly help I would be very grateful - the closest thing I've found so far is a Q7 12v socket: AUDI Q7 4M 12V POWER OUTLET SOCKET but I'm not sure exactly what the original RS6 item looked like.

Any help or advice (or photos of your own socket) would be very much appreciated

The lighter socket should be 8E0 919 309 while the cover (and retaining nut too I think) in black should be 1J0 919 341 F 4PK

Thanks for that JIm, I'll take a photo of the bit that's left in the trim panel to compare it with that part number. Much appreciated.
