R8 rear Caliper conversion

Hi guys just joined the group and am loving my RS6 C6 so far apart from the massive bills I’m currently encounting with the dreaded engine out oil leaks etc haha

I have carbon ceramics fitted to my car and want to fit the rear carbon ceramic Caliper set up from e R8 would love to do the twin Caliper set up if I could and if not just the single rear Caliper

So looking to see if anyone’s done it and if so what was required which I’m assuming is a custom amounting bracket and if nobody hasn’t guess I beat do some trial and error stuff and buy the Calipers haha
