Bilstein Coilovers

Post by morski » Thu Jul 09, 2020 5:40 pm

Anyone fitted the Bilstein B16 PSS10 kit their RS6? Car has DRC on it so either the full coilover kit and remove the DRC system or lowering springs but customer is specifically asking about these.
Thanks

There's loads of experience on the C5 - it was the go to mod but latterly I've seen a number of people regretting it and moving back to DRC.

Why? Because Audi spent a shed load of money designing and refining DRC, and latterly the air option too, because they could see that a simple spring damper system didn't give the range of responses they needed. Basically they can change the system responses in real time rather than them being fixed. Sure there are some reliability issues in the old DRC (remember I have lived with it for the past 13 years!) but there is no comparison once properly set up.

Happy days

Dave
