12L of oil?

Recently had my oil cooler and pipes changed and at the same time had the cars oil changed. I was billed for 12L of oil. I thought the capacity was 9.5L. Have I been overcharged?

Yes, its 9.6l empty to full. Looks like they bought 3x 4l cans and charged you for them, they should have given you whatever was left in the final can as you paid for it.
