Excellent Service - Audi Taunton

I bought my car from Audi Guildford in mid January and following a recommendation (on this forum) about Stuart Hunt and Taunton Audi, I booked the car in for Stuart to have a look at it.

The service I received from the Taunton Team was excellent. Tomara (Service Advisor) was very helpful and arranged for me to have a very nice office for the day so that I could work (I had my laptop and stuff) and Stuart came to see me before he took the car into the Workshop. We discussed my (long) list of questions and queries and he listened and reassured me he'd look at everything.

Thankfully everything I asked Stuart to look at is normal, however, he did find one issue that must have been missed by Audi Guildford when they checked the car prior to sale. Two very helpful short vides explained the checks Stuart did and the issue he found.

So, based on my experience, I too would recommend Audi Taunton and Stuart Hunt. I'll be taking my car there for servicing, even though Taunton is an hour North of where I am.
