Whining noise?

I noticed a whining noise coming from the front of the car after coming off a motorway returning to low speed. Seems to be steering related, so I checked the fluid and fluid levels seem ok. But. The fluid looks discoloured, although it’s hard to tell as it’s dark. Anyone have any other ideas?

Haha, no she makes a more of a droaning noise that goes on and on..

Cavitation, air in the steering system or your PAS pump is on the way out.
