Hi all
I'm considering another scooby for my daily driver and have found a hatch in MK Automobiles...if anyone is local, any chance of any feedback / advice re dealer etc.?
Anything would be appreciated as it's up for top money so don't wanna waste my time.
Anyone in Rochdale, Got Manchester?
Re: Anyone in Rochdale, Got Manchester?
I'm from the Rochdale area and I probably live no more than 4 miles from the garage you refer too and i've not heard anything sinister about the place. It's been a Suzuki and Subaru dealership for a number of years but has changed it's name a few times.
If it's the white hatch your looking at, it seems grossly overpriced to me especially with it having the infamous 2,5 litre engine and no mention at all of any service history. These cars are really hard to shift on when you try selling them because of potential engine problems.
Hope this helps

It's a silver 330s...sales pitch and on the phone, they seem genuine enough. It's top money so a deal will be needed..but 1 owner from new, 41k, fsh...

Yeh i've seen it, in my eyes it's about £3k overpriced. Do your research on these engines mate, please see link below:

I've owned 4 subarus before my RS4 and wouldn't touch a 2.5 with a barge pole, unless it's already been forged. Good luck anyway

Cheers for this. Dealer just rung to say its failed the test drive - got a missfire so theyre gonna put it thru the auction route. Lucky escape i guess.
