TBH, knowing that road and surrounding area like I do, I wouldn't be surprised if it's deliberate. I suspect he's had all manner of idiots nudge his car and has had enough. The standard of parking in London by the affluent beggars belief sometimes. I work in Mayfair, which is littered with high-end cars, and each & every one of them has a kerbed wheel or has been jammed into a space due to restrictions etc.

I'm off to B&Q to get some- fortunately the pipe insulation stuff tends to be grey so hopefully will be a good colour match. People can be so careless when parking next to other cars- that is usually why I park in the remote corners of car-parks...I can also do with the walk!

Someone needs to design this for the doors as well. Cars too wide for most car parks spaces.
