RS6 C5 Wanted

Hi,

I'm currently driving a Fiat 500 Abarth (dont laugh), i only use the car to work as we have a family car but having had big power cars over the years (before the Abarth) i fancy having something bigger again.

The Abarth is currently up for sale so :

I'm looking for a RS6 saloon or avant, not really bothered although i do like the Avant. Looking for one that has a good history and maybe had the gearbox rebuilt as i dont fancy having to fork out that expense.

Not actively. I've got a mate looking at it tonight, he's promised to buy it a million times since I got it. Darth needs to go, new baby is due any day now and I'll have even less time.

I would invest in her chunk, like you say she'd be good in my barn, but the barns still full of furniture and stuff.. Can't wait to get stuck into that project! Besides I'm pretty sure darth would be out of my price range, she's a beast!
I did look at a red 54 plate avant the other day, very nice, but the £18k was slightly too much in my eyes, to me that's plus money.
Jesus I sound like I'm growing up, when the fcuk did that happen..

Gazza (OP) just by coincidence I was talking to a mechanic (Jason) who just had an RS6 in, recently purchased by a chap trading up from a Fiat 500... Wasn't you was it?
