Hi guys I'm all new to the rs4 world and after a little help.
I really like the red rs4 on ebay at £19.495 I phoned up and he said there's a knock coming from the suspension at the rear.
The guy went on how I Could get after market suspension is that possible and what prices am I looking at for a set of after market suspension?
Also the car won't be staying in the UK it's coming to jersey soo I donno if the plate is worth anything as he said its got a private plate on it.
Any info would be greatfull.

Welcome, and hope search for an RS4 goes well.
The knock on the suspension is probably DRC failure (common issue with OEM suspension) most replace with KW coilovers, but will set you back about £2k fitted I think. There is plenty of info on here about it and other known issues you need to look out for, look at the FAQ section on the B7 RS4 forum and there is a buying guide which is well worth a read.
As it happens I'm from Jersey too. Managed to pick my RS4 up in Jan this year locally - as a word of caution though as soon as I got it it spent the next 3 months (no joke) in the garage having one issue after another sorted - no-one here sees them so it was a hit and miss affair ending up in a £6k bill. Luckily got warranty with purchase so taken care of. BUT these cars can hammer through money if issues haven't been sorted.
Best advise, especially as your buying from UK is try and get a car either from a member of this forum or one that is known. That way you'll be pretty much guaranteed it's been cared for and issues like DRC sorted.
Also, I would also get a warranty as well. It's about £1500 but will pay for itself if something goes badly wrong. (Unless you very handy with a spanner).
Be good to meet up when you find one........we can see who is fastest to 40mph in first gear

If your serious about getting into an RS4 your search could be over - you would be hard pushed to better this one;
