I've removed a relay next to the ECU with 395 on it and ordered a new one for tomorrow £17 hopefully this will make my brand new pump work :-)

Afterthought - are there any others which are the same but used for something else? You could switch them over temporarily - hopefully it won't be one that affects the engine running though.

One of my relays used to pop on an old car and I used to swap it for the heated rear window relay.

Ahh Yeh i did think of that lol should of done that really but have ordered it now hopefully the part will fit because half the parts i get from audi main dealer turn out to be totally the wrong part and don't fit right but sure as its only a relay they might get it right!!

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. Yes, the 40a fuse is the sai. The 10 amp one is the after run coolant pump.

If you are handy with a laptop, I'm thinking about doing a DIY SAI removal thread, including removing it from the ecu so no mil light either.
