De-Coke in Herts/Essex.

Post by theboyleach » Tue Sep 30, 2014 8:38 pm

Chaps.

My RS has just turned 50k miles.
We are off to the stelvio pass next year for 5 days cruising around the Italian mountains.

Im going with 2 360's and 1 430, id like to stand a chance of keeping up!!!!

Where is the best place to get the de-coke carried out?
Is there anywhere good in Herts or Essex?

Thanks

Simon

I live in Herts and recently asked a similar question on here. Most advised me to go to MRC in Banbury but your looking at £1000 for the full clean

My geography isn't great but if Mrc is handy then you cannot do better than Doug and stu etc. Doug been amazing with me over the years I couldn't fault them or the work they do

If you're in essex it's a no brainer to take it to AMD for a decoke. £500 is also one of the cheapest places in the country to do it.

But... For a remap (or anything else really) I'd recommend MRC.

I've used both (and will use AMD again for the decoke).
