Any other bits worth getting?

Ordered a new RS4, spec is as follows . . . Suzuka grey, black pack, black roof rails, pana roof (for the kids) sports pack, recaros, heated seats, calipers done red as im having the V spoke alloys done black also. Havent taking anything else.

Does anyone think i need anything extra thats a must have ?

For sensible money I'd add Hill Hold Assist and Adaptive Cruise Control to that.

Hill assist seems good for £65, is adaptive cruise control worth having ?

I've had it on a Range Rover before and it was great. Makes travelling in average speed camera restrictions and rush hour traffic on the motorways far more stress free.

Also Homelink at £180 is good value if you have electric gates or garages.

Sounds like your car's not going to be too dissimilar to my old rs4

The only thing worth considering is the B&O as the difference between that and the standard system is quite large
Active cruise (it comes now in a pack with brake guard and LKA etc) is super good too, and I've gone for it in my next car, but it's a personal taste and only really useful if you do decent mileage

For £65, hill assist is good value, but with a two pedal car, largely irrelevant IMHO

I can only add that hill assist is bloody wonderful for driving around central London & it's traffic. However, I also find it an utter PITA when it comes to parallel parking.

I think for 65 i get hill hold, also fancy the keyless aswell, had it in my discovery 5 and it was great. As far as discounts go what should i be asking for. They are giving me 3k so far but should i or could i get more ? It basically gives me the recaros for free

Yeh well aberdeen are offering a shitty 3k which includes there 2k input, although been speaking to liverpool audi who look to be offering nearly 8k total off the price of the car

+dead cow - should wear better and stay cleaner than the part-alcantara trim.

Edit: just noticed that you specced the buckets which are leather anyway.

Buckets are one of the main things for me really, its something i look for in a car and for future sale i think its something others look for to
