For sure... even Mk1 Ford XR2's are now becoming classics... tbh i reckon the good ones are now starting to increase slightly in value once again, i've had mine nearly 3 years now and it's not lost a penny in value...

Gone but not forgotten... Sprint Blue B7 RS4 with all the toys :)

If the b7 is the last big-engined manual RS that will help classic status I imagine.

Don't re-open the whole saloon vs. Avant vs. cabrio debate - they're ALL RS4's that's all that matters.

Sadly (and more so being a saloon owner) just the opposite is likely true - un-modified, low mile avants will start climbing in price, and probably soon. The saloon and cabrio aren't 'classic RS' enough, despite being arguably better cars. Apart from the cabrio.
2001 8L S3 - sold
2008 8P2 S3 - sold
2007 B7 RS4 - sold
2006 B7 RS4 (supercharged) - sold

2015 8V RS3 Stage 3 - sold

Don't quite agree - I think the avants and saloons will equally climb in price - it's also driven by what people want to buy - bread van or taxi.

For me, the saloon is classic RS enough. But I do agree that un-modified or 'sensible/reversible modded' examples will certainly climb...
