RS4 B7 Cabriolet Owners Manual?

My RS4 B7 Cab came with an avant owners manual! On ebay the cab versions are listed for about £80 and so far have only been in the US :(

Has anyone got a PDF version at all? (or have one for sale?)

Mine had water damage when I bought the car so I ordered another from Newbury Audi last October ... the price was £45.07 incl VAT. The SKU/part number is 271.561.8HR.20 (mine is an 07MY).
